Ayotunde Okesanya

Ayotunde Okesanya is a member of SimmonsCooper's international practice
group.  Ayo has significant litigation experience both in the United States and Nigeria, representing both corporate and private clients in complex commercial matters. Ayo is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  In addition, he has provided a full range of commercial law advice to both domestic and international clients on a variety of issues relating to
corporate finance.

Ayo obtained his law degree from the University of Keele in the United Kingdom, followed by a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law from King's College, University of London. He also has Master of Laws degree in International Banking and Finance from Boston University. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1990; State of New York, 1998 and State of Illinois, 2003.
