Christopher N. Messina

Christopher Messina is the president of SimmonsCooper’s international litigation division.  He oversees the firm’s relationships with affiliated foreign law firms as well as with outside foreign law firms participating in SimmonsCooper’s international litigation.  He works out of the firm’s offices in Chicago and East Alton, Illinois.

Chris graduated with highest honors from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting and received his J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School.  He has spoken extensively on such issues as cross-border taxation, business formation and cash management and repatriation.
