Eric D. Jackstadt

Eric Jackstadt is an attorney in our mesothelioma and asbestos department. Before joining SimmonsCooper LLC in 2003, Eric focused on plaintiff's personal injury and Federal Employers Liability Act litigation.

Eric received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and served as a law clerk in the Third Judicial Circuit, Madison County, Illinois for Judge Charles Chapman.  He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
