Gregory Paul Erthal

Gregory P. Erthal joined SimmonsCooper in 2005 and concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and consumer class actions. Greg's extensive background includes construction litigation, criminal defense, bankruptcy, domestic relations, municipal law, school law, real estate, probate and appellate practice.

He also served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Madison and Jackson (IL) counties where he obtained extensive trial experience prosecuting both felonies and misdemeanors. In addition, he served as City Attorney of Alton, Illinois.
