Joseph Kusmierczak

Joseph Kusmierczak concentrates his legal efforts in the areas of litigation and appeals. He is a member of our mesothelioma and asbestos discovery team and actively participates in pro bono efforts dedicated to helping workers stand up and fight against the companies that hurt them.

Joe was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association in 2002 and is licensed in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and graduated cum laude in 2001 from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, Illinois.
