Paul Lesko

As the head of the SimmonsCooper Intellectual Property department, Paul Lesko's balance of technical and legal knowledge has helped him turn several patent infringement cases into licensing agreements.

Paul focuses his practice on helping inventors and small businesses develop and maintain an equal footing in the marketplace by enforcing his clients’ intellectual property rights. His broad background includes preparing, prosecuting and litigating pharmaceutical, chemical, mechanical and biotechnology patents.
