Richard Fosher

Richard Fosher is a key member of our securities litigation team. Rick has broad knowledge base on the subject and extensive experience identifying key areas of broker misconduct.

Rick focuses his practice on representing individual investors who have lost large sums of money due to securities fraud or broker misconduct, particularly involving large brokerage firms.
