Timothy Thompson, Jr.

Firm partner Tim Thompson heads SimmonsCooper’s benzene group. Tim played a key role in setting up the first benzene docket in Delaware, which was the first mass benzene docket of its kind in the United States.

Tim also lends his vast experience in toxic tort litigation to the firm's mesothelioma and asbestos group, helping victims of asbestos exposure.

Over the years, Tim has also litigated multiple personal injury cases, ranging from automobile accidents to medical malpractice to mass tort claims, including a case that resulted in a $9.25 million wrongful death verdict.
