INVESTIGATOR OPENINGS (Two) - December 23, 2008

We are currently seeking two Investigators to join our Asbestos team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting clients and witnesses (usually via phone, but occasionally in person), verifying background information concerning work history and product exposures, obtaining records, preparing affidavits and other documents, and may require some travel.

Persistence, thoroughness, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, computer skills and phone skills are all requirements for this position.  The qualified candidates will be expected to gain a thorough knowledge of certain asbestos defendants and their products, i.e., savvy in researching via Internet and other means to gather necessary information.

ATTORNEY OPENING - November 26, 2008

We are currently seeking Associates to join our team in the Asbestos area of litigation. The successful candidate will have client contact and consult with witnesses, develop product identification, complete discovery, conduct and defend depositions, prepare pleadings, respond to motions, etc.

The qualified candidate must have 3+ years of personal injury experience, with licensure in the State of Illinois preferred.  Persistence, thoroughness, attention to detail, organizational and communication skills are required, as is the ability to problem solve and multi-task.  In addition, the candidate must have savvy investigative skills to gather necessary information and must be able to travel frequently.
