Our business and commercial litigation practice is built on one idea: that every business and every individual deserves equal access to an open and unbiased court system. We offer a wide variety of commercial litigation services, both domestically and internationally.
We believe success in any business is based on establishing partnerships – and that’s where our approach to commercial litigation begins. We understand that injured businesses and individuals may not have the resources - or the desire - to pay traditional hourly fees. This is why we work with our clients to establish fee arrangements that work for both them and us. The fee structures vary anywhere from hourly billing to fully contingent representation, with blended rates, available in between.
This works on many levels, but the bottom line is this: when you win, we win. We won’t draw out the litigation or bill you for menial tasks. So we have mutual interests, and we share risks. We work together.
