Our Approach to Business Litigation
Traditional business and commercial litigation can be very expensive. At SimmonsCooper, we don’t believe cost should preclude you from protecting your company’s rights or your business interests. So, from the outset, we’ll work with you to devise a fee structure that fits your needs.
Depending on the specifics of a particular case, we are open to working on a full contingency basis. What this means is that we don't win unless you win. We’re also willing to work on more creative blended rates sliding scales or other billing arrangements that may meet your business requirements.
